Xilio Therapeutics is advancing next generation cancer immunotherapies to utilize the immune system to selectively target at the site of the tumor. Xilio grew from incubator space into nearly 30,000 SF at 828 Winter Street in Waltham to accommodate growth. The design integrates BSL-2 biology, cell lab, mass spectrometer, administration, and meeting spaces.
